To make sure you get your stuff on time and as soon as possible we advise you do the following:
- Check and double-check your shipping and billing addresses.
- Make sure your design is legit. Common problems include:
- Image doesn’t meet quality requirements.
- Image infringes on copyright law.
We ship your order from our factory within 3-5 business days from when you place your order, however, this is not guaranteed. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.
Please note that whilst we guarantee a high-quality standard of delivery time, unforeseen circumstances can arise and therefore the delivery dates are not always definite. For more information on this please see our shipping tab. Thank you for your understanding.

- You have 30 days from the time you place your order to set up a return.
- You must call or email us.
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost to you.
- We refund the full purchase price of the product. We do not refund the original shipping or handling charges.
